The owner used the worst sales tactics I have ever seen in my life. After my experience here, I would not set foot on this car lot ever again unless I knew for a fact that the ownership had changed. Edit: The 3 stars were because you and your salesmen tried to manipulate me into buying one of your overpriced vehicles. Unfortunate that you couldn't take the credit I gave you and not be rude. Also I didnt say I bought the vehicle from around here. I had another 26K offer but I wanted to give a local dealer my business. I see that's a huge mistake in central california. Giving my local dealership a horrible review because I do my own oil change and asked politely to take off one of the screws that hold the steel plate together, and later to find out they stripped it so I cannot take it off! Plus they started taking off all the screws and just left the twist off on. People are no longer honest any more and can't even expect the service one pays for! -2 stars!
