Leased our CRV here, promises were made that were not kept. Will not recommend nor will I return to this dealership for service or sales.This industry of buying cars from dealers will one day not exists, I for one can’t wait, sick of dealing with sales reps, managers and the greed incorporated with automotive sales. I lease a 2023 Honda Civic Sport and was planning on buying out my vehicle. First of all, I wish I would have read the reviews for Rocket Town Honda before we purchased a used 2025 vehicle from them. I would have not bought from them. They insist on getting way too much information I.e. social security number, driver ‘s license, credit information, etc. We told them from the start we were paying cash.
