I purchased a vehicle in July of this year. It is November and it is still unable to be registered because of their mishandling. This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered. Leased our CRV here, promises were made that were not kept. Will not recommend nor will I return to this dealership for service or sales.This industry of buying cars from dealers will one day not exists, I for one can’t wait, sick of dealing with sales reps, managers and the greed incorporated with automotive sales. I lease a 2023 Honda Civic Sport and was planning on buying out my vehicle.
