..I took my accord to be diagnosed because the warning lights came on & off intermittently, also the stereo and back-up camera display were not working. I was given an estimate for over $7000, They claimed my timing chain needed to be replaced along with other related items, $1650 plus tax also claimed the camera display and stereo modulator had to be replaced and they could not find a used one to install. $1950. plus tax. and finally the abs modulator needed to be replaced $3200 plus tax! and finally the charge to diagnosis... read more

12/15: UPDATE *************** I got a response from the dealer from my original post apologizing and telling me to call and ask for Wes to reschedule my appointment. I tried calling your store again and I got told yesterday you weren't in which is fine I understand. Called in this morning and got hung up on when I asked for Wes???? Never coming again. I have been going back and forth on if I wanted to leave a review or not because I genuinely am so happy with my car and John (who sold the car to me) and Mike in Finance who did all of the legal paperwork. The only reason I’m leaving a review that’s not 5 stars is because for the last 4 days I’ve been PANICKING. I can’t get the website to work to pay my car, I’ve called every number available to call.
