Have ordered parachutes and weather balloons from Rocketman for my high school HAB club and the quality of their products and customer service have been consistently great.
This company is a scam artist!!! You order a parachute, they take your money, never ship you anything!!! Horrible customer service, will not anwser the phone, not anwser emails, and try to delete any review you give them. STAY AWAY from this company!!!
Unbeliveable desplays Great guy
Do not order from this company. Terrible customer service. Multiple phone calls and emails went unanswered as the status of a weather balloon which was ordered a month ago. Again, do not order from these guys. Order from Kaymont Enterprises instead.
I do not recommend ordering for these people. They have not sent my items and will not respond for my request for refund. After a wasted month and a half, I ordered from another supplier and received my order in 2 days.
