Scratched my wheels and took no ownership. Brand new wheels, on the side where the car enters the track that carries the car forward. They claim to have watched a video of the car entering the wash already scratched, but didn’t offer to show me. I flat out don’t believe them and wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE if you care about keeping your vehicle nice. $16 will cost me $600 to repair my wheels.

RecommendedDon't go here something always broken, You do not get the wash you pay for. Sprayer heads don't work to wash off soap. Going to give them one more try them stop paying my monthly fee....PISSED OFF
Not pleased at all. I have been there several times and my Fast Pass will not work nor can they get it to work; However they have charged my credit card twice. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back. The general manager was supposed to have fixed my problem on Monday and never did. Kudos to the young lady that works there. Her customer service skills are the best.
Love the speed and the car wash does a good job BUT BEWARE completely tire wipers off of car while in wash. When my wife spoke to the manager, he accused her of turning wipers on in wash, which did not happen. The salesman at Autozone told her this happens all the time.
