Horrible experience! The whole right side of my car wasn’t even touched by the brushes. The back side of my car is wasn’t cleaned either. I Purchased the $16 wash. I won’t be wasting my money again.

Not pleased at all. I have been there several times and my Fast Pass will not work nor can they get it to work; However they have charged my credit card twice. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back. The general manager was supposed to have fixed my problem on Monday and never did. Kudos to the young lady that works there. Her customer service skills are the best.
Love the speed and the car wash does a good job BUT BEWARE completely tire wipers off of car while in wash. When my wife spoke to the manager, he accused her of turning wipers on in wash, which did not happen. The salesman at Autozone told her this happens all the time.
