I've been trying to get in touch with the owner about a issue and unfortunately it's been a hassle. I went back the next day to talk about the scratches his car wash made on the very back of my car. That I'm sure could get detailed out. But him and his team haven't been very helpful. I've used this car wash for several months and unfortunately just now had a incident hoping they make it right. Went through the carwash they were nice than I vacuumed and cleaned out my truck...service was great. I suggest this place
Terrible service !! Asked to speak to a manager the Hispanic guy went and talked to the guy in a red shirt. I asked could my account be pulled up because I was charged for my monthly service but since I have a new tag and vehicle it wasn’t reading. I wasn’t being rude nor nasty and he still did not come and help me he relayed a rude message to the young guy and that was it !! Highly disappointed and will NOT go there to be serviced again!!
This place was good but not anymore. Paid for the highest individual wash, only for one side of my trucks tires to have no shine and the other side to be half shined. Half the vacuum straight narrow attachments are missing or stuck in the holder and the "free interior spray" is watered down. Go to Big Dans, Buc-ee's, or do it yourself
