I literally thought I was in a rocket going a million miles per hour into mars . Until I realized I was at home . Idk what this has to do with rocket wash but yeah . It’s a great place to wash your car .
I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. The attended (MATT) who attended me was extremely rude, had a terrible attitude, and acted like he hated his job—and honestly, like he hated people in general. I used Rocket Wash regularly and had a monthly subscription. The sideview mirror was torn off my vehicle. Rocket Wash claims no responsibility for the damage to my vehicle and refused to pay for the damages.
Great experience. My Sonata loved it No more bird doo.
