Alicia and the team did great work, we had a few quirky issues with our repair and Alicia patiently worked through them with us and the insurance company and pulled in the right people to make sure the best solutions for the long term were put in place. Work was high quality (all done in one day except the gutters) and all the financial aspects were transparent and fair.
I’ve been under contract for 2 months, there has been a complete lack of communication and as of this posting work has still not begun on my project. If you decide to use this company get ready to have your patience tested. Unprofessional!!!!

My seller and I called Rocket Roofing weeks before my seller was set to close on his home. They told us that it will be "a couple weeks" every time we checked in. Three days before closing, still no estimated completion date, so we have to escrow the funds costing my seller an additional $200 at closing. I requested that Rocket Roofing cover the escrow holdback fee because they could have made this job a priority to save him money before the snow came in, but they did not go the extra mile or make an exception for my client ... read more
From the start it was good. Very knowledgeable coming out and letting us know what needs updated what is wrong and how to make it better. After that it was all down hill. Horrible communication. Waiting along time wirb no updates. Finally got roofers to show and was told after they wouldn't use them because they weren't good. Missed key code addition and had come back.
