My seller and I called Rocket Roofing weeks before my seller was set to close on his home. They told us that it will be "a couple weeks" every time we checked in. From the start it was good. Very knowledgeable coming out and letting us know what needs updated what is wrong and how to make it better. After that it was all down hill. Horrible communication. Waiting along time wirb no updates. Finally got roofers to show and was told after they wouldn't use them because they weren't good. Missed key code addition and had come back.
