Responded quickly to request to see house and apply. Approval process was done within 24 hours which took a huge load of stress off me. I sold my house and am moving to WI and needed to know I had a place to land. The communication throughout the lease signing and deposit was great, respectful, personable and the process was smooth. Highly recommend.
When you put a maintenance request in for something it takes months to get fixed. I’ve had birds and squirrels living in the attic/walls for close to 3.5 months. Put many work orders in with not a single person coming out to fix it. When they do come fix things it’s half ass. They just jack up the rent every year.
They are not located in Janesville at Excalibur for the past 3 years.
