When you put a maintenance request in for something it takes months to get fixed. I’ve had birds and squirrels living in the attic/walls for close to 3.5 months. Put many work orders in with not a single person coming out to fix it. When they do come fix things it’s half ass. They just jack up the rent every year.
They are not located in Janesville at Excalibur for the past 3 years.
