after a year of living here I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Nadia the assistant manager is so on top of everything and if i ever had any questions or concerns she was always there to help me right away. They are extremely transparent and my neighbors are some of my closest friends now💗💗 The price is worth it.
Rocket point is a great place to live. The staff made me feel like family. Loved the facilities and the pet friendly community. Would recommend anyone to live there.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. 0/10. This is what $2,400 of “damages” from previous tenants is. After we signed a lease they decided 6 DAYS before we were supposed to move it they didn’t have the apartment we asked for and moved us into a dirty, damaged apartment that they are now saying we owe over $2,400. Also we have to replace the carpet from “pets” because they pulled up the carpet and found a few spots underneath the carpet (even though there was no visible spots on top of the carpet) and even though we pay pet rent and a non refun... read more
Claimed everything was broken and damaged upon move out and sent it to collections even upon proof that damage existed prior to move in. Worst apartments to rent!
Living here has been great, the staff is super friendly and maintain a great place to live. The complex is quiet and clean.
