We lived here a little over a year and while day-to-day life was okay, the move-out process left us extremely unhappy. When we moved in, we documented damages (blinds and patio door vinyl) on the condition report. Despite this, when we moved out, we were charged $75 for blinds and $180 for the patio door vinyl — both of which were pre-existing issues. I just had a visit from Ivan from the maintenance staff. It was a small matter, but it was handled well, with extra care, and in a friendly way. It seems like maintenance is really on track! I really appreciate the assistance and this kind of responsiveness makes Rocket Pointe a great place to live!
after a year of living here I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Nadia the assistant manager is so on top of everything and if i ever had any questions or concerns she was always there to help me right away. They are extremely transparent and my neighbors are some of my closest friends now💗💗 The price is worth it.

Rocket point is a great place to live. The staff made me feel like family. Loved the facilities and the pet friendly community. Would recommend anyone to live there.
