4 year resident with nothing but good things to say about this property and the management / maintenance team. Misty is great and always extremely helpful. The maintenance team is also on top of everything, handles requests quickly, stay onto of proactive maintenance throughout the year. Overall, the property is very well maintained. My wife and I moved in about a week ago with our dogs and everyone in the community has been so friendly, kind and welcoming. Misty and Megan are absolutely amazing and helped make my application and approval process smooth and seamless! Misty the property manager always goes above and beyond and hosted a wonderful wine, cheese, and game night event last night for all community members. Rocket Pointe is such a great place to live, I highly recommend!!! Beautiful mountain scenery too!
