Moving into Rocket Pointe has been a wonderful experience.
We lived at Rocketpoint Apartments for a little over a year and had a truly great stay. From the start, the office staff made us feel right at home—Misty and Nadia are incredibly helpful and always greet you with a smile. Their friendliness and professionalism made every interaction pleasant. The maintenance team was also excellent—quick to respond, efficient, and always courteous whenever any issues came up. We lived here a little over a year and while day-to-day life was okay, the move-out process left us extremely unhappy. When we moved in, we documented damages (blinds and patio door vinyl) on the condition report. Despite this, when we moved out, we were charged $75 for blinds and $180 for the patio door vinyl — both of which were pre-existing issues. I just had a visit from Ivan from the maintenance staff. It was a small matter, but it was handled well, with extra care, and in a friendly way. It seems like maintenance is really on track! I really appreciate the assistance and this kind of responsiveness makes Rocket Pointe a great place to live!
after a year of living here I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Nadia the assistant manager is so on top of everything and if i ever had any questions or concerns she was always there to help me right away. They are extremely transparent and my neighbors are some of my closest friends now💗💗 The price is worth it.
