I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Rocket Pointe. The size is perfect—spacious and well-designed, giving me plenty of room to relax and enjoy time with family. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Freddy’s, Dunkin, Dominos, the river trail, and Durango Transit Bus. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. I honestly can't say enough good things about living at Rocket Pointe. The people in the community are very friendly and I found it easy to make friends.the poolside view was gorgeous especially in winter. The staff is the best I've seen in the many buildings i have lived in. I hope to one day be back there!
Avoid the first and second floors, as you can hear everything happening upstairs and in the surrounding units. I lived there for four years. The third floors are fine. Overall, the complex is nice, but it was built quickly with low-quality materials.
Great local staff and assistants! Nice property for the most part, great amenities, Durango pricing and moderate value.
