Charles did amazing work! I had a tankless water heater installed in my home on Sunday and couldn’t be more pleased. Now I have amazing heated water and pressure for me and my family. Charles was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, he explained everything to me about our home’s situation. If i could leave 6 stars i would; I highly recommend this company and will be referring rocket plumbing to all of my friends and family.

With-in days of buying our house, our water heater (that the realtor and home inspector said was in good order) went out. Rocket was here in no time, found our problem and replaced our water heater at a good price!! Fast forward 3 1/2 years, wake up to no hot water. Called Rocket, they recognized the problem, I called RHEEM and fixed it myself, Rocket could have milked this for a service call and BIG repair bill but instead helped me fix it over the phone, NO ADDITIONAL COST *$$$* TO ME!!! Worst human being not to talk of plumber. Charged friend $225 to put putty on a leaking shower drain. Took him 5 mins. He went off on her when I challenged it. Started talking about you people and that we disrespected him. Offered to undo the putty. Paid him because he would have likely caused more damage. Stay away!
