Great until Rocket Pest took over. I've made multiple attempts to call and I get a recording that the number I called is not configured correctly. I've left messages in the past with no callback. I can't even cancel my contract! Calling elsewhere.
Customer service is terrible. Out of about 6 calls to Rocket Pest today, two of them went to a robot that just says the same things over and over and nothing gets accomplished. While waiting on hold two other times, the calls were dropped completely. The cost of service has gone up over 77% over the contract we had with Alexander Exterminating.
