Ricky is the best
Had the detail service here. Vehicle was returned with the rims in the picture. Rims were OEM and free of defect or damage prior to service. I’ve been in 2x to fix this issue, but there is no one available to help me. Left my phone number 2x with the owner in person. 45 days post incident and I’ve still yet to receive a call or even an apology. Final edit: Spoke with Ricky, very good guy. Worked to resolve the issue to customer satisfaction. I would use Ricky again to really make a vehicle look great.
