One of the better ones – The guys at the parts counter took great measures to ensure my unusual issue was resolved and even ate the cost when it really wasn't anyones fault. I didn't expect it but appreciated it. I generally do most of my own service but for the things I can't do the mechanics got it done promptly and did a good job. Great Shopping Experience! – Purchased my Bonneville from Rocket Motorcycles in 2007. Lance was not desperate to sell me a motorcycle and he provided me with every option I needed to make a purchase. Service has been excellent after the sale. I always make an appointment and they have returned my bike back to me on the same day. (I have to travel from El Centro, CA 120 miles one way). Lazy expensive service. – It took FIVE days before they started working on my bike, and they never met their deadline. They said they would get it done within a week, and they took two weeks instead. They also said that if they found out that it would take longer they would call me and me you know, which they didn't do ever. I always was the one to call them, and they just kept saying they'd call me back when they were finished. Its extremely expensive for such lousy service! I never want to go back!
