The room was absolutely immaculate. The owners and staff were very friendly. The motel was centrally located and very reasonably priced! You definitely want to stay here!
This place is awesome!!! The rooms are super clean, the beds are super comfy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I loved the location, it was very convenient to food and shopping. The retro style was fun! We spent two days here celebrating our 25th anniversary and it really made our time in South Dakota perfect!
We had a family vacation planned for July 21 through the 29th with a large part of our trip staying here. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with breast cancer on July 8th and we had to cancel our trip. My husband worked with Expedia who we booked the trip with immediately after the diagnosis to cancel everything. Today we were told they would not refund us after multiple phone calls and a letter from my doctors. RecommendedClean, quiet, affordable and friendly hosts... everything I'm looking for in a motel but so often hard to find. Motel is unique and restored with pride.
Everything about this motel is 5 Star. Will be our go to spot.
We stayed at this motel two years in row 2012 and 2013. WE LOVE THIS MOTEL!! The owners Don and Brenda are great. We will be back.:)
nice people that own the rocket great time .. Sturgis week cater to bikers will stay again cant say enough good about the people that own it and there staff A++++++++
We spent 6 days at The Rocket Motel & they were the most gracious owners. Very clean!! Would most definitely stay here again & tell friends. Thank you Don & Brenda!!!!
I didn't have a chance to stay at the hotel. I made a reservation and then had to change my plans, the next day. I cancelled my reservation and was charged $25.00! For one day! I was more than a week away from the reserved date! Even though the site I used, said no cancellation fee, the hotel charged me the money anyway! Not a good experience. I am guessing that I will not take another chance on this hotel.
