I was blown away by my cleaning. This was my first time using Rocket Maids and Ill definitely be using them again in the future! The maids were professional, kind, and did a phenomenal job on my home!
Highly unprofessional. They way overcharge for their services. I paid almost $500 for a deep cleaning. The work was completed in under 2 hours. They did not dust anything and broke 2 items in ************ which required professional repair afterwards. They told me they would come back and reclean the missed areas but I did not want them in my home after they damaged items. I will never book them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
I will never use the business again nor will I refer anyone to them. I was overcharged, my house was not cleaned to basic standards on 2 different occasions. The maids were over 2 hrs late and no one apologized. When I talked to the manager, there was not an apology for anything and he was very argumentative. I prefer to give my business to a company that has high quality standards and one who makes sure customers are happy. This is not that company!
They did a great job. I've had other cleaning companies take care of my home, and Rocket Maids exceeded my expectations. I support local businesses, and Rocket Maids is one of them. Keep up the good work!

The ladies did an amazing job. They were polite and professional and my house has never looked this clean. Thank you
Rocket maids gave the best price quote and after looking at their competitors decided with them. I booked online. When you do you give them time frame, but they didn't show or call me to inform me that they were not going to make it when requested so I had to call them a few times to see when they would make it. Time ran out and had to tell them to come the next day in the morning and again they were late. Finally got the job done the carpet looked better, but not overly impressed.

**** We strive for customer satisfaction ALL times. Sometimes we cannot full fill our arrival times, but we do call our customers to make them aware of it. You forgot to mention that we gave you an initial discount to clean your carpets and then gave you ANOTHER discount as an apology for not arriving at the set time.
