Now why would they offer a 5-day trial then not send you emails when that time is up and now you’re being charged? Charges show up on your bank account but I never received a receipt or msg about the service renewing in the 2nd month. Shady business practices.
This is a predatory company. They have you sign up for a free form, then charge you $40 monthly. Do not use unless you need legal forms on a regular basis. The form that I got was nothing special and nothing I couldn't find elsewhere. I made a mistake and forgot about it. Finally saw it on my credit card bill. DO NOT USE.

Terrible turn around time and promises that are not kept. Then somehow they are not able to cancel my order anymore
Biggest scam ever. Paid them in SEPTEMBER to create articles and documents for my business. Still do not have them. They keep telling me that my documents are not clear. But that is only told to me 3 to 7 days after submission and me contacting them for a status
