i've had great experience working with rocket industrial. They are knowledgeable and responsive to all needs. They are willing to ensure that getting the right packaging and other product is their number 1 priority. They put their customers first which makes me want to go back! As a small business, we were looking forward to working with a local company. Prices were a little higher but we were ok with that because they were just across town. Got the impression we were not big enough to care about. We since moved on.

This may not be everyone at the company but since he works for the organization that's how it goes. Mr. Matt Gallagher is unprofessional. The company is really lost at customer service. I will never purchase anything here again. Once my lease is up no more business with any of their organizations. I ordered a wrong part and wanted to exchange it for the correct one.
