Eugene helped me buy my awesome home in Fairway Lakes last summer when things were super crazy with buyers having to bid way over the asking price. He actually negotiated the price below asking by convincing the seller I was the best person for the house, which was amazing. After the sale he was very helpful in recommending excellent contractors he was familiar with to repaint and update the landscaping.
