I’ve been a ‘Rocket’ for 2 months and I can honestly say that if you’re looking for a place to feel welcomed, encouraged and to break a sweat, Rocket Cycle is the place to be! The moment you enter into the studio you’re greeted with a smile by the friendly staff and the instructors are top notch!!! I can’t say enough positive things about this studio! They’ve motivated me to push through every class and I have full respect for what Dana & Rory have built with the help of their amazing staff!! #RideTo100 #15

I’ve been to a lot of spin businesses around Toronto, and this is by far the best one in Toronto. It brings sweat, motivation, humour, energy, all in one room! Like common, instructors getting up on the bike doing the titanic, it doesn’t get any better than that. It’s one of those spin classes, that even if you don’t want to be there, trust me, you want to be there! Music Theme Ride with John I was honestly nervous walking into my first-ever cycling class, but the moment John and the rocket cycle team greeted me with that big energetic smile, all the nerves disappeared. John made me feel completely welcome and at ease, explaining the bike set up and giving me some quick tips before class started. That alone made a huge difference. Then the music kicked in-and wow. I came to do a class with a guest instructor, and I was so excited, I wanted to purchase a hoodie after the class. The woman at the desk was so rude, Harsh, and outright disrespectful. When I asked about the hoodies, She miss heard me twice asking about the cost of “cookies” Then, when she finally heard me correctly, she guessed a price, and until I mentioned I was ready to buy one, she came more business-like.
