My favourite cycle studio!! The best instructors and vibes!
Tried to go to the moon, told me only working with pedals. Misleading but its HOT.
Super welcoming atmosphere; Laura was a fantastic instructor—before the class started she went out of her way to help me adjust my seat, the handlebars, and my shoes. She made sure I was comfortable and has a positive attitude. The other staff were very pleasant to interact with as well (choosing my shoes, asking about the showers). I highly recommend this place!
Clean facility great front desk staff. Had a spin class with Laura and she is fabulous great instructor! Great energy, very caring with a positive smile 😊
I’ve been a ‘Rocket’ for 2 months and I can honestly say that if you’re looking for a place to feel welcomed, encouraged and to break a sweat, Rocket Cycle is the place to be! The moment you enter into the studio you’re greeted with a smile by the friendly staff and the instructors are top notch!!! I can’t say enough positive things about this studio! They’ve motivated me to push through every class and I have full respect for what Dana & Rory have built with the help of their amazing staff!! #RideTo100 #15
