I came to do a class with a guest instructor, and I was so excited, I wanted to purchase a hoodie after the class. The woman at the desk was so rude, Harsh, and outright disrespectful. When I asked about the hoodies, She miss heard me twice asking about the cost of “cookies” Then, when she finally heard me correctly, she guessed a price, and until I mentioned I was ready to buy one, she came more business-like. New to spin and, as a referral, I was pleasantly surprised by this location. The studio was spacious and well-organized, with bicycles spaced far apart, which was a refreshing change. The instructor, John, was exceptional. He had a vibrant energy and a talent for uplifting the room. I highly recommend this place. The facilities are clean and inviting, and the staff was very helpful and friendly upon arrival. There is street parking and a green P attached to McDonald’s, however it is a very busy area so spots go quick.
Great studio for a first-time spinner! Took Mitchell’s music themed class (Timbaland x Timberlake) and had a fantastic ride, the energy in the room was vibrant! Will definitely return.

My favourite spot for spinning classes!! I love the energy of instructors and amazing experience. One of the few studios with 9:30am hours available if 7am is too early :) highly recommend!!
