First year with Rocket closet after the transition from Surefoot Mtn Club and overall was really good. Drop off there was a disconnect with the hotel but was worked out quickly. Equipment showed up organized, with our names on it, and way better than how it historically showed up from Surefoot Mtn Club. Pick up with Ronnie was super smooth, and on time.
