Dr Garrard has been my doctor for probably over a decade now, and I started bringing my children to him about 7 or 8 years ago. He's always been excellent. All of my children have developmental disabilities with varying degrees of severity- my youngest is nonspeaking and requires 24/7 supervision and assistance with all daily activities.
