The lady that helped us secure our date and gave us all the info we needed was amazing. Her customer service was top notch and she was just nice with the whole process. The event room was great for the price paid. She also didn't give us the run around when it came back to getting our deposit back. She had checked the cleanliness of the room prior to the arranged key drop off time. They also provided plenty of time for us to decorate and clean the room aside from the planned paid hours. We rented this place for our baby shower and was very pleased. Place was clean and ready for us, we rented this out for the afternoon and we had plenty of hours to prepare and set up. Bathrooms were nice and clean already. The owner was super nice! Very easy process

I rented this venue for a birthday party. I do not live in Huntsville, but they made contract signing and deposit very easy. Communication was great!
Rented this place for my birthday party and had a blast! Great communication nice pricing and she even let us come early to decorate! Tables and chairs are provided and it has a kitchen along with a separate bathroom for men and women! Everything is clean and it’s in a great location right off the parkway! Will definitely use again!
