Great and fun place to work out at.
Relaxed positive vibe. Every box has its own personality. First time I've seen everyone work together to help each other put the weights back. I thought it was because I was new and they were being nice but that's just normal here!
Awesome people, awesome coaches, awesome workouts. 24/7 access is a plus! One of the largest boxes I've worked out at. CrossFit Novice or Expert - you won't be disappointed! March 2025 Update - Still here, throwing down with the best of the best. The community here outshines any I've been to! All the members are so welcoming and supply a continuous stream of laughs, joy and healthy competition. Can't recommend this place and the people enough!
This is a great gym whether you're a novice or a top level athlete. The coaches are knowledgeable and easy going and they will help you reach your fitness goals. The gym environment is also really great and the members are all supportive and friendly.
