Frustrating, very upset with this group. It started with the receptionist. She seemed quite distracted on the phone and could not understand a thing. I had to repeat my address 3 times and spell every word for her. She did not ask for a phone number or a name. Just my address. Frankly, I was surprised when someone showed up at my door on time.
