Great customer service! I came in not too long ago and was helped by a young lady named Josie. She was so kind and knowledgeable about the wash. My car was extremely dirty and she told me which wash would really get it clean. Car looked amazing! She also was very attentive and made my experience amazing! Would give her 10 stars if I could! Way to go Rocket
I've had many different car wash memberships and so far my membership with rocket car wash has been good. I have the full one with interior detail and they always do a good job. It is a tad pricey tho for my membership but well worth it, not to mention the manager at the 40th and old Cheney location is very nice and even gave me a free detail once when she had seen me trying to wipe my car down while in a walking surgery boot she just instantly offered to do mine for free. All in all its a great place!
If I could give it no stars I would. Wanted touchless. Don’t get touchless even tho I paid for itand this is how it looked after coming out and spending over $15 on a wash!! Pathetic! The vacuums had no suction and it didn’t even get my car clean! It looked just as dirty as it did when I came here! What a joke
