Took my vehicle to this location. This experience was never positive from the beginning. First, I paid 30 dollars just for a 1 or 2 minute wash, which I thought was ridiculous. Then, during the wash my wiper arm was ripped off my vehicle. I proceeded to make this aware to the employees at the store and they submitted a claim. I then proceeded to battle with their claims department for 2 MONTHS trying to get a refund...with absolutely zero luck. ☆☆☆☆ Paid $22 for a wash that didn’t deliver. Bugs were still on the bumper, (only part that was even dirty) car wasn’t dri , and water spots were left behind. No drying cloths available despite suggesting they were “free.” to use Disappointed with the value and the results.
When you pay for a monthly subscription to an expensive Carwash, you expect it to be open during posted business hours. It’s not though. And it’s not like I have close options so when I needed a Carwash and it was convenient, I had to go without. Did I still have to pay for it? Yes. Because you have to have it automatically deducted and you can only cancel m-f between 9a and 5p.
Y'all need to fix all of the vacuum hoses and heads that shits trash
