My husband received an email to update our card. He canceled 3 months ago at that time. I handle the bank account and asked him about his car wash membership. We are still being charged and you can’t get through on the listed phone number. Mailbox is full. Been that way for a week. How do we get this stopped?!!! Worst company EVER!
2 stars. This customer sit-in drive through carwash isnt worth the cheapest wash price, which was 14 dollars. At most, I recieved a 6 dollar wash. The entrance attendant didnt do any pre scrub on windshield or bumper. He didnt tape rear windshield wiper. And sent a vehicle behind me in very close proximity. The vehicle on rear bumper combined with the sub par exit blow dryer and NO exit attendant giving courtesy dry, left vehicle water spotted. The attendant was very helpful. It was a great experience for my first time ever driving through a car wash.
