I was a customer here for 2 years, always paid on time, and never caused any problems. It’s frustrating to do good business, be a loyal customer, and still feel like you’re the one getting screwed over. This could be a really good car wash, but management needs to take a serious look at how customers are being treated and address the employees responsible. Loyalty and good business should mean something. Very disappointing experience.
I've been a member of this car wash since they opened. Initially it was great but as time has gone on they have not kept up with the maintenance. To start the membership sensors are broken and so the employees have to manually let you in each time. Second some employees just stand there and direct you onto the platform and do not spray down your vehicle while others spray down the vehicle it is not consistent. At the end of the car wash it doesn't drive the vehicle very well and leave streaks and plenty of dirt spots everywh... read more
GREAT carwash with excellent service! From the ladies and gentlemen at the beginning who took the time to explain the membership and really added value, to the young lady who loaded me up--everyone was friendly and helpful! I LOVE that they provide bottles with everything you need for your tires and entire interior, all the way down to the fragrance! Such a great touch and definitely shows they care about the customer experience. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! Highly recommend!
Car wash always beats up my vehicle. The dryer at the end never drys my vehicle. Just a wate of time. Customer service to cancel is horrible. You will be on hold forever.
First off. They dont take cash. Which means everyone is paying up to 3% more for their card processing fee. Secondly they have Flock Safety cameras around their parking lot. These cameras are invasive and illegal. They are selling your data and handing your data to police, and other offices. They will lose it or comprimise it. Its almost guaranteed. Third. After a high pressure sales putch to join their membership program...I got a was and left with a still dirty car. Dont go here.
