I left a VM over a month ago to cancel my membership. I never received a call back. However, I was charged yesterday and I left another VM and still no return call. I see why alot of the reviews are horrible.
Their automatic car wash is very rough on the vehicles going through their tunnel. It actually scratched the front end of my 4Runner but I couldn’t prove that it was caused by their equipment.
Cancelled my membership. Gabe the manager is ok with cars being stuck inside the machine and being damaged. Admits to every 50th car being stuck. I guess this company doesnt mind damaging every 50th customer. Gabe didnt even want to do a claim and says he watched the video before I entered and the damage was already there..but cant show me...
Ridiculous in 2026 you don’t take Apple Pay or cash. Just stupid. They make cars back up so you can get out of the line. Just trash business plan.
