DON'T GO TO THIS CARWASH!!! During my visit, the machine scratched my car, tore off my front license plate, and damaged my front bumper. An employee had to retrieve my license plate after it came off in the wash. They don't handle damage claims at the location. You have to email them after they take photos. After several back and forth emails, they refused to accept any responsibility. They claimed my bumper and license plate were already damaged, even though the before and after photos they provided clearly show the damage ... read more
The carwash itself isnt terrible its when you sign up for a membership that becomes an issue, especially to cancel it. Don't email them because theilly simply reply and tell you they want you to call their to free number and sit on hold for 30+ Minutes or go in...(if i had time or went to the location that wouldnt be a problem, but thats why I emailed) This has happened on 2 different cars with them on membership now. their location isnt convenient for me anyway (why I am cancelling it) so I guess I'll find another that does... read more
Alaina was very helpful she helped me pick out a wash plan. The wash was great and vacuum's were strong.
Recently came through and had an great experience, Alania was very helpful with deciding which wash. Will definitely be back
