They destroyed my side mirror, denied my claim and they refuse to cover it, no phone contact, just email. I don’t recommend this place, would be just easier to be responsible and take care of the customers, that’s why they have so many problems and bad reviews.
IRRITATING!! I stop going to that car wash because of how pushy employees can be about memberships. Come on man, i just want a wash. Wash itself its expensive for the poor wash that gives you. Vacuums need to be better.
Used to love this place, there's hardly any chemicals to shine lately. Also, a piece of my car came off during a wash that they couldn't find? Maybe stucked on one of those long brushes, they asked to file a claim, which I did only to be told by the claim dpt. that the piece was still on my car even though I was missing the passenger side but only shows footage of the opposite side
Cheapest car wash is 1399 and the vacuums are weak
First and last time there. The wash itself was fine, but dealing with the attendant was just ridiculous & extremely irritating with the overly pushy sales tactics. To be an effective salesman, you've got to know your customer and have the ability to "read the room." I was greeted with a hello & the expected membership pitch. I said "No, thanks.
