The car wash itself provided excellent results, but the cancellation process was extremely frustrating. When I called the customer service line, I waited on hold for nearly 30 minutes, and was not told that cancellations must be made at least seven days in advance. Purchased the unlimited wash package from them spend over 50 bucks a month all for it to rain and whatever they use in the wash causes both my wife’s car and mine to streak so bad we have to pull over and figure a way to get whatever is on the windshield off. Will not be coming back and requesting refund
