New to the area and have tried a couple other washes, but decided to keep with this one permanently. Especially due to the customer service that I received from the manager, I believe Logan. He helped me through the process and his knowledge and skills made my decision effortless.
Good wash quality. Have nice free amenities to use to clean the car after the wash!
The car wash itself provided excellent results, but the cancellation process was extremely frustrating. When I called the customer service line, I waited on hold for nearly 30 minutes, and was not told that cancellations must be made at least seven days in advance. As a result, I was charged $42 for an additional month of service that I never used. I called back and wasted another 20 minutes of my life on hold.
