Friendly helpful staff best car wash in town
So Sunday 3/16. I stopped in for a wash. The greeter offered me the monthly package as expected. I politely declined as I don’t need that service. He kept asking me am I sure and I politely declined a second time. He kept at it. I finally got pissed at this point. I asked for his manager, whom was working the next booth over, so I could finish the transaction and tell him my experience. He acted like he didn’t give a shit about my experience either. Great customer service and not pushy about membership at all
Good service
Will be canceling the membership ASAP. Hadn't noticed till today that I was told I was signing up for a monthly trial of the rocket wash, well today when I went to get my car washed it showed I was getting the standard car wash. Beware when you sign up people they're great at lien. Starting to think all these 5 star reviews are from their employees which is kind of sad if you think about it. I've been to better places in Oklahoma and Texas that actually get my car clean this places leaves streaks smh
