Rocket carwash has damaged my truck two different occasions. First time they ripped my antenna off of truck. Couldn't do anything for me. Second time was a year later I decided to give them another try and my first time going through I came out with deep swirled scratches on side of door. I submitted a claim and was told they would investigate it and be in touch. I got an email saying I needed to go get two separate quote for repair before they can tell me if they will cover it. This is not a nice Car wash in that they provide free car cleaning products like glass cleaner, basic vinyl protection product and tire shine spray and an area where you can easily clean your car mats this is the only benefit of this car wash.I wish that they would spray down our vehicles before going into the wash. It would help with getting rid of heavy debris off our vehicles and keep the heavy debris from putting those nasty spider scratches on our vehicles !!!!
