Literally the worst car wash ever. I’ve been here a handful of times. I am in disputes right now with their claims department after the car wash took one of my taillight covers clean OFF. It is a $500 part to replace and the entire bumper has to come off to fix it. The wash stopped for about 10 seconds while I was in it, there are photos of my vehicle leaving with the missing cover, and my claim still got denied. Don't waste your time and money here!! They changed me 24 dollars and my car had dirt on it and not dry bad bad place to wash your !! Best is to wash it ur self for $7.00 and clean it good !!
I used to be a member at rocket and recently cancled because the level of service is nowhere where it used to be so I canceled. However I decided to give them a try again and first off they don’t take cash and when I tried to pay they don’t take Apple Pay either. I truly wish they would adapt with the times because it’s a little ridiculous to not take cash at all but Apple Pay either. I will give you a five because I know how reviews work. However, when I show up at 7:58 to wash my car and I have somebody who is not happy with the time that I pick, I'm not okay with that. I have worked in service for 25 years. When I feel uninvited, I have issue. I already have issue with this location regarding my membership. I have scratches on my car and only one area, this is not coincidence. This is a great location usually but tonight not so happy.
