What a treasure! All the flat-top griddle deliciousness of a diner, but in a cute little cart inside the Heist food cart pod. Did a little sampler-share platter of breakfast & everything was absolute aces. You can taste the care & precision of both ingredients & preparation. That lemon curd on the ricotta pancakes! these are some damn fine breakfast sandos. the bread is fresh and well-suited to the rigors of being eaten. the eggs are on par with every nyc bodega sandwich ive ever had. the hash browns make themselves at home on the sandwich, and are a perfect balance of fluffy and crispy. as a whole their sandos are balanced and filling, while managing to avoid being overly greasy or heavy. and there is so much inside and outside seating adjacent to the cart.
The Breakfast wrap is delicious, would recommend adding bacon. Fast and friendly service, will be coming back!
