I was scheduled the day I called and the technician showed up on time. Will got right to work on my mini split system working in the blazing heat diagnosing a problem. He figured out the problem and got the part ordered ASAP. Next step is to get it back running and I know that will happen very soon. Thanks for the quick response and diagnosis.

This is the 3rd time I have used Rocket Air & Heat and they continue to impress me more and more each time they come. AC went out early Friday afternoon. Tech was here late Friday afternoon to diagnose problem. Needed a new module and motor. Owner rushed to obtain parts prior to store closing in 10 minutes.
