My tire blew on my way to work. I called Rocker's out of the blue and they said they would be right to me, which they were. I didn't catch the drivers name but he was so kind and courteous. He brought my car right where I asked and even offered to drop me off at work. Thank you so much!!!
Mr. Rocker went above and beyond helping me with my van after I couldn't get it to start. He kept me apprised every step of the way about what was going on with it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time!! Mr. Rocker and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be calling him with any future vehicle needs!! I would highly recommend Mr. Rocker and his shop to everyone!!

On July 18 2025 my key fob broke and unfortunately after calling all over the place to find a fix it was apparent it had to be taken to a subaru dealership in Syracuse. Again after trying ways of getting it there myself and realized it was going to cost me more time and money I called Rockers. Billy in my opinion was polite and understanding and got my car there. Thank you sir.
