Joe gave us a written estimate for $400, and we were quite explicit on what we wanted done. 1/2way thru he said he had done what he agreed to and it would be another $200 to finish what we thought we had agreed to in the first place. I suggest you be VERY explicit with this service or else be prepared to pay more!
