I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rockdale Dental for an urgent issue with a chipped front tooth, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment I called, they were incredibly accommodating, managing to fit me in for an appointment on very short notice. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who immediately put me at ease. Been a great experience always easily seen and great staff!
I gave them 2 stars because after getting past tue rude condescending woman at the counter I had a pretty good experience. I was contacted several times before my appointment to verify I was coming and my insurance. I told them I had a VA referral to go there and that they would pay for it. This posed no issues until the day of my appointment when I was told they are not an office that accepts VA patients. This would have been nice to know as the only reason I chose them was because they told me they accepted VA referrals. W... read more
