Placed an order with Rockcrete about a month ago for fibergrating, the order was shipped to the wrong address in a total different state. I explained to Rockcrete the urgency and it was not taken seriously here we are almost a month later and still no fibergrating. I called and inquired about my order again just to be told that i would be called back in an hour.
