Staffs are very good and caring towards the residents.
My husbands mum is here and shes being very well cared for and is always enjoying the staff and activities. Obviously institution menu is not the best but they do the best they can and they seem to really sincerely care of the residents Especially Corrine, Mina, and Michelle was absolutely amazing Tammy loves you all thank you for taking such good care of her for the past 3 years. Our mum is well taken care of with respect and dignity.
If you don't love your family, this is the place to bring them. Staff make mistakes with food and medicine. They don't change diapers. They leave people sitting in wheelchairs for hours even if they're begging to lie down. Go to the 2nd and 3rd floor, you'll see ppl in wheelchairs lined up, neglected and sad looking. Rooms aren't cleaned daily or weekly. I've seen specific pieces of trash stay on the floor, for many days.
