I've owned a condo here for ~3 years (Summer 2018) and it was one of the best decisions I've made. Located in the historic Morningside/Lenox Park neighborhood, the building has a unique Mid-century modern charm and the location is excellent. The unit layouts are great for couples, young professionals, and roommates. The neighbors are excellent, look out for each other and give a sense of community. Great place to live, friendly neighbors and a great location. The condos are also close to grocery stores and restaurants.
