Barb R. worked with me and met every request and detail graciously. The arrangement was absolutely stunning in every way and was delivered the very next day in time for the graveside service. Rockcastle Florist has truly earned my loyalty for life. I initially ordered a premium bouquet to celebrate the birth of my son, and while the arrangement was gorgeous, the flowers unfortunately didn’t last long. When I reached out—not expecting much beyond maybe a small discount on a future order—their response absolutely blew me away. Stopped in quick for a simple bouquet and the woman working was the friendliest, sweetest woman. The flowers were beautiful, the prices were surprisingly lower than I expected and this employee was phenomenal. Even ran to hold the door for me as my hands were full from her ever so gently boxing my vase so it traveled better. Couldn’t recommend more!
