may be good store but bad experience... This appears to be a the best photography store in the Omaha area with a few locations that offer a very large selection and wide variety of products. They also sell through their website (of course). For all I know they have a long history of providing excellent service. I really don't know -- I've never been in one of their stores or purchased from them on line. Buy Local and Buy Here! Someone from our company is in Rockbrook Camera several times a week. We're professional photographers and rely on Rockbrook Camera for a wide range of products and services. We also recommend our friends and family shop at Rockbrook. Their prices are reasonable and they take the time to explain their products far beyond what a national chain store is able to do. Lots of Knowledge Rockbrook Camera and Video has a lot of merchandise and knowledge. You will not find employees who know nothing about what they are selling. These people are professionals! They have every type of camera you can imagine with many different prices. They develop film here also, although it is much pricier than your local superstore. They have abundant parking and a great central location across from Rockbrook Village.

Knowledgeable Staff, Great Selection of Merchandise! I found the staff here to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They will readily spend the time it takes with you to explain the product thoroughly so you know what you are buying. I found their prices to be very reasonable and about what I would expect to pay for a camera anywhere, but I also like to support local businesses. They also offer free classes with the purchase of a camera. Great Experience, will be returning again!
