Dr. Ramm and his staff are amazing! I've had Dr.Ramm as our small animal vet for about 30 years! Our sweet lab had to have a big surgery yesterday! She is doing very well due to their excellent care! Thank you so much!
We can't thank everyone there enough for the kindness and compassion shown us and our dog Daisy yesterday. We are heartbroken after losing her, and will always be grateful to Rockbrook Animal Clinic for all that was done for us.
My first visit to this clinic was excellent; however, during my second visit, the staff person at the front desk seemed "put out" by me asking her to weigh my puppy. This soured the experience and because the first visit was so highly discounted, I was surprised to be met with a very high bill. I do believe that the front desk staff person was perhaps having a bad day but the fees here are just too high to warrant continued visits. The veterinarian was top notch and very caring with my puppy.
My cat's yearly physical was nothing more than a check of his ears and comments about his weight, which I would have liked to discuss with the veterinarian but did not feel inclined to do after his rough handling of said cat and bored tone. My inquiries about other concerns were brushed off. I did not feel heard and, as such, have found a veterinarian with better bedside manner. The Cat Clinic is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone!
These people are so kind and gentle! They definitely care and it shows that they love what they do!
