Understand that I'm not reviewing the storage units themselves. They might be fabulous, but I wouldn't know because I absolutely could not get anyone to respond to multiple contact attempts by phone and email. This was last summer as we were moving into Buena Vista and we needed a storage unit fairly desperately. I suppose they must have been full and so they didn't respond because they didn't need my business.
