Very unhappy with our experience with Rock Bridge Oaks. The new community president, Kelly, has been exceptionally unprofessional and unpleasant. We moved my grandparents out after one month. It’s been such a challenging time for my family and our experience has been awful.
Since Thrive Management took over, saw changes that were not good!! New management and director not very compassionate and lots of arrogance . On the Memory care side, would not recommend putting your Loved one here. Too many patients with not enough help!!! Their way to fix it was to get more & mores meds on board. If you don’t agree with them, then they like telling you all about it. Too much arrogance, they seem to know better the doctors!!! American Home place very good with memory care patients!!!
It is a beautiful place great group of people that work there I highly recommended
