When we started getting quotes for our master bath, Gio wasn't the lowest bidder, but he was the only one who actually explained how he waterproofs the shower walls before tiling. We’ve had a leaky shower before, so we knew we didn't want a cheap fix. The team was incredibly friendly, respectful of our home, and the final result is stunning. It was absolutely worth the investment to know it was built correctly from the studs out.
We got three quotes for our kitchen remodel. Criss wasn't the cheapest, but he was the most detailed, and honestly, you get what you pay for. The other guys wanted to use cheap particle-board cabinets to cut costs, but Rockbed insisted on solid plywood boxes and soft-close hardware as their standard. Now that it's done, I’m so glad we spent the extra money for quality that will actually last. The price was absolutely fair for this level of workmanship.
Removing the massive 90s tub deck and putting in a freestanding tub opened up so much space in our bathroom! Rockbed moved the drain and water lines quickly, and the tile work underneath is seamless. Fair price for such a big change.
When Rockbed started demo on our shower in Grapevine, they found some pretty bad water damage from the previous owner’s DIY job. Honestly, I panicked thinking it would blow the budget or timeline. They walked us through the repair plan calmly, replaced the rotted framing, took care of the mold, and made sure everything was waterproofed properly before tiling. The finished shower is stunning, I sleep better knowing the structure behind it is actually dry and safe now.
Finally got rid of our 90s builder-grade shower! Rockbed replaced it with a massive walk-in wet room with dual heads. The tile work is flawless, we went with a niche and a long bench. We were worried about the drainage with such a large space, but they managed to make two drains! and the slope is perfect. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who actually cares about the technical stuff as much as the look. Our next project will be our Kitchen, we will definitely contact Hector again.
