While stated on the last page of the menu that all would be welcomed, we were not made to feel welcome upon arrival. We asked to sit on the Dockside Willies side of the deck outside to which our hostess replied, “you know that the menu is rockbadss’s menu”? Both her tone and demeanor expressed disgust. Knowledge we wanted to sit outside on the deck, she led us to an interior room to which we replied, “ can’t we just sit here”? (Indicating empty tables on the deck that were unoccupied and clean). Slow service! Drinks remained empty! Never seen the server after our cold food was delivered. The manager could care less about the service that was provided. Very disappointing!!
RecommendedThey are doing Octoberfest right now. The wurst was tasty as well as the sauerkraut and German mustard. Definitely a 5 star meal. I have never had a bad meal there.
I was there last night with a few girlfriends it was not busy and we had horrible service in the bar area.... The cocktails were horrible and the food was very pricey... I had the scallops two cocktails and one glass of wine my bill was $73

RecommendedBeth was the best waitress ever. She was extremely friendly & helpful with selections.
I always looked foward to their spinach salad BUT last night it was OFF the menu ----WHY ? ? it was very good. i had a grilled chicken sandwich sorry the meat was tuff and dry---also please get regular salt and pepper shakers you should not need to use 2 hands to salt your food .
