Someone in higher position at this office please teach this phone receptionist some manners very very disrespectful in speaking with new patients no wonder why this office have one star rating. My son is 100 percent covered for fillings and this place tried to charge a co payment for two fillings when I said I’m going to check with eligibility before signing any consent she states I’m on games. The person who answers the phone is very rude and has no customer service skills. I called to ask a question, and she was so rude and hung up the phone on me. I would never recommend this dental office. Save your time and look elsewhere.
