It's ok I'm fine here I guess I would recommend it.
Friend used to live here, rent might be cheap but they took all of my friends safety deposit, in a very shady way, had over 1500 dollars in safety deposit and only got back 200. This place is full of thieves. They stated that there were damages to the apartment when my friend has text messages saying she wants that stuff fixed they just never fixed and they held her liable. I've visited friends here several times before, and have always been surprised at the conditions. The facilities are very dated, and there seems to be no plan to rejuvenate them. Rent at your own risk. I certainly would not, nor would I recommend friends or family.
