I really don't understand why this salon is so crowded. I went in with high expectations, but instead had a terrible experience from start to finish. The manicure was sloppy, unprofessional, painful to do, and the finished product was ugly and completely unlike the sample. The staff were indifferent, unenthusiastic, and acted as if customers were bothering them. The prices were exorbitant, but the quality was far inferior to the more affordable salons around.
