Just an fyi this review was made after coming here several different times. Horrible service they used to just make you do your manicure and pedicure at the same time without asking. Today for the first time they asked if that’s okay and I said fine as I was in a hurry to go. I told the person at the front I want French. Not once did they mention it would cost $5 more for doing it on your toes but they mentioned the hands is a different cost. Then they have two people who don’t know any English do my hands and feet. Absolutely awful experience. I went in for a dip manicure and regular pedicure, and I seriously regret it. The dip polish on my fingers was uneven and lumpy, and my nails ended up crooked—it looked like a rushed job by someone who had never done dip before. The pedicure was just as bad—chunky polish, sloppy edges, and zero attention to detail. I left feeling embarrassed by my nails instead of pampered. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be returning. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
