Such an incredible establishment. Every GelX set I have gotten here has lasted at least 6 weeks, if not longer, and has never once chipped. The employees are beyond accommodating and talented, always asking if we’d like beverages, how we’re feeling, if anything needs to be changed, etc. I would like to give an extra shoutout to Holly - she is beyond talented, kind, and just overall the most perfect nail tech I have ever had. Thank you Holly and Rockstar Nails!
Mylee, Katie, and Holly did an incredible job. My 4-year-old was very nervous for her first trip to get nails done but still really wanted to have them done. They were so patient and sweet and she ended up having a great time! Plus they did a great job for her mom and aunt too highly recommend!
i tried this place 3 times and each time i had a worse experience so shame on me ig. this time they literally broke all my natural nails + tried to charged me $10 extra for EACH of the tips, did a terrible job overall and got lotion all up in my watch lmao newfound respect for karens in this economy it really is that serious😭mind you he spent only 20 minutes on my nails and tried to look me in the face and say it looked good.
This is now the THIRD time in 2 months that I’ve made an appointment here with a specific technician, booked ahead of time, AND confirmed the day before — only to show up and find out my appointment either “wasn’t in the system” or my technician was double booked. I’ve been coming here for YEARS, which makes this especially disappointing. The decline in management and organization has become very noticeable. I would like to formally complain about my recent experience with one of your employees, Mailee or Miley I have been a loyal customer since 2017, but lately I have noticed the salon has become less professional and services feel rushed compared to before. I specifically requested OPI 05 because I wanted a very light white shade to match my red dress for an upcoming wedding. Instead, my nails turned out pink, which was not the color I asked for.
